"I don't know how this agency got the rating posted. I've had State Farm insurance for most of the last 50 years. Mostly good agents. This one? NO! I asked for a deductible change. They didn't do it. Now I'm out thousands of dollars in hale damage he won't even talk about. Blake won't call me back to discuss his errors and ommisions policy. I was told they talked to State Farm about the problem. No, they didn't. But it's reported now. I will be reporting them to the State Insurance Commission as well.
Do Not rely on this agency. They don't do what you ask, and Blake hides and won't even respond.
They are in the top 3 of the worst insurance agencies I have ever come across.
If I could leave a minus 5 I would."
